Chhattisgarhi Gadhkalewa was born out of a deep passion to protect and celebrate this rich culinary heritage. In today’s fast-moving world of machine-made, preservative-loaded snacks, we wanted to revive the authentic desi aroma and handmade warmth that once filled every traditional household.
