1. Product Authenticity & Natural Variations
All our items (Thethri, Khurmi, Bijori, Badi, etc.) are handcrafted traditional preparations without chemical stabilizers. Slight variations in product size, shape, brownness, and natural texture may occur naturally across individual batches and do not constitute product defects.
2. Pricing & Orders
- All prices listed on the shop page are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are subject to revision without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders in cases of pricing inaccuracies, unserviceable postal PIN codes, or sudden stock shortages.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by calling or messaging our support helpline (+91 9406271637). Once a parcel has been processed, packed, and handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
4. Proper Storage & Care
Because our delicacies contain no artificial chemical preservatives, customers are advised to store crispy snacks and sweets in airtight containers in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture and humidity immediately upon unboxing.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any legal transactions shall be governed under Indian legal statutes, and any legal disputes shall fall exclusively under the judicial courts of Korba, Chhattisgarh.
